Shipping

All orders are sent via Australia Post, Star Track or TransDirect and include tracking as standard. Express Post can be arranged at an additional cost. When placing an order to be collected in-store, please wait for your confirmation email confirming that your order has been processed and is ready for collection to avoid disappointment.


When will I get my order?

Once your order is placed, it will be sent to our warehouse for processing, then collected by one of our freight partners to deliver to your door. Each product listing will show the time your order takes to dispatch (i.e. the time it takes to leave our warehouse). In order to get your purchase to you in the quickest time possible, we use some of Australia’s largest and most trusted freight providers.

Delivery times are industry averages governed by our carriers. Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

Additional Delivery Options

Express Shipping

Some of our products are eligible for Express shipping. We use Australia Post eParcel Express and Priority Mail services to ensure your goods arrive as quickly as possible.
Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to prepare your order for collection by Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, delivery to most areas of Australia will occur within just 1-2 business day! (not including public holidays)

Freight Protection

We can provide extra protection/insurance to cover any issues that may occur during delivery this includes economy, standard and express services, Additional fees will be incurred.

Can I order an item that is not yet in stock?

Pre-Order

Some of our products are not held by us in store or warehouse but can be shipped direct to you within 48 Hours. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.

Out of Stock

Unfortunately, sometimes we run out of stock for some items. You can, however, sign up for a notification of when we know the item is about to arrive. Just send us a message via this LINK and please include product name, SKU code and we will order by close of business the next business day and notify you by email when it is in stock.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us, containing the selected carrier’s name and your tracking number. You can track your order on the relevant carriers portal website.

In some cases, your tracking number may not activate until it is received at your local state delivery depot. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

If I ordered a bulky item, how will it get delivered?

Any item over 20Kg will be delivered by one of our specialised carriers to deliver it to your door, carriers like Couriers Please, Startrack, Fastway and TNT to name a few. Our carriers do their best to make sure your order arrives at the scheduled time, so please make sure someone will be present to sign and receive the item at the specified location.
